My Strategy For Wealth

In 1999 I wrote my 10 year plan for success.  It read 'to achieve financial freedom and generate passive income from shares; rental properties; book royalties and business income'.   I had no idea how I was going to achieve it and spent a couple of years thinking about it. I finally started working on my plan in 2001.  It took me 3 years to achieve. By 2005 I was making £1 million a year.

I was successful because I had a plan, the desire, persistence and knowledge to make sure I succeeded.  When I was uncertain how to progress I bought books to gain more information; I went to seminars and picked the expert's brains and sometimes I went back to my plan and reworked it until I got the results I needed.

On this website you will find all the opportunities I used - and still use today - to create my wealth.  Each of the opportunities on this website can create great wealth on their own.  Yet when you combine them all together and take advantage of multiple income streams a wonderful type of synergy kicks in and your potential for great wealth is unlimited.  Below you will find my plan in more detail.

To succeed with my plan I decided I needed to learn from the best.  I started buying books and researching the most successful people I could find.  Based on their knowledge and expertise I applied my own style and understanding. 

Shares - Warren Buffet is considered the richest man in the world.  The last estitmate I saw was 62.5 billion US Dollars.  His sole business is shares.  So I bought several books based on his theories and built up a share portfolio.  I now have regular monthly income from the share dividends. 

Property - There is none better than Robert Kiyosaki of 'rich dad poor dad' fame when it comes explaining the benefits of owning property.  After reading all his books I started building and continue to build a property portfolio that provides a regular monthly income from the rentals.

Book Royalties - I've always enjoyed writing and so published several of my own books which generate regular sales and commissions.

Business Income - I came across a guy called Andrew Reynolds who opened my eyes to the world of Direct Marketing and Internet Marketing.  After attending one of his seminars and studying one of his courses I started in business.  As the title on the left says make 30,000 A Month working just 1 Hour a Day.  A great little earner time and time again.

In addition I have several MLM businesses which continue to grow each month with very little effort.
